  1. Focus: Mental toughness, discipline, and personal growth.

  2. Rules:

    • Follow a diet with no cheat meals or alcohol.

    • Complete two 45-minute workouts daily (one must be outdoors).

    • Drink 1 gallon of water every day.

    • Read 10 pages of a nonfiction/personal development book.

    • Take a daily progress photo.

  3. Challenge: Missing any task means starting over at Day 1.

  4. Goal: Build resilience, consistency, and an unstoppable mindset.
